Open an image.
To change the size of a picture, firstly make a backup - file save as quality high maximum.
If you look down the bottom left it will show you at what percent of the original size you are looking at the image.
Click View - print size - you will see the original size
Double ckick on hand tool to see the whole picture on the screen.
